CABIN RENTAL AND RESERVATION POLICY

 

All reservations are to be made through Lake Pleasant Campers' Club office.  All payments are to be made at time of reservation (post-dated cheques are not accepted).  If you have a 14 Wing Recreation Card, please have card number ready.  CHECK-IN time is 1pm to 6pm.  Arrangements can be made with the office for a late check-in if required.   Upon arrival at Lake Pleasant, please report to the office for keys.  A $50.00 cash refundable deposit is required.  This will be returned after inspection of the cabin for cleanliness and damage.  Photo ID and Recreation Card (if applicable) required at check in.

 

For a weekend reservation, the customer must reserve two consecutive nights (i.e. Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday).  Only one weekend reservation per customer is allowed before the Victoria Day Weekend.
 
Only 2 cabins per family can be made for the same reservation.  Each reservation cannot exceed more than 7 nights.  We do not have garbage facilities therefore you must take all of your garbage home.  Please bring appropriate bags with you.

 

CHECK-OUT time 11am. 


CANCELLATION POLICY:   Refunds are based on 14 Wing operational commitments only!
